Pramod attributes his success to the dedication and relentless pursuit of excellence by him and his teammates. He says “There is no substitute for hard work”. He is deeply grateful for the Yoddha award and is constantly inspired by the shared goals within the team which fuels his motivation, he reflects that “the support of my colleagues made even the toughest tasks feel achievable.”
When asked how he felt about receiving the award, he says “I am extremely grateful and humbled by those who think me worthy of receiving the Yoddha award”. With the award, he only strives to be better in the future and contribute more to the company.
As a celebration of his achievement, he plans a get-together and dinner with his friends and family.
