Every year, the calendar flips, opening a fresh chapter in the Valueleaf story. But within that narrative, there’s a vibrant tradition – VEERA, the Valueleaf Employee Engagement Recognition Awards. VEERA is more than an awards’ ceremony – it’s a celebration of our team’s dedication, innovation, and spirit. This year, VEERA took place in the serene Resort Rio with the backdrop of Goa’s monsoon waves, embracing our triumphs and teamwork.
The 3-day VEERA celebration stands for the achiever’s delights and strong bonds that unite us every year. Our Founders’ inspirational anecdotes and stories reminded us of the hard work that propels us forward. It all began with a sense of eager anticipation in the Grand Ballroom for the awards ceremony. The awards acknowledged the outstanding contributions of each team. From sharing stories and celebrating each other’s successes, VEERA 2024 was a grand experience.
With a rejuvenating poolside gathering followed by a high tea steeped in elegance. The night transformed into a dazzling spectacle of musical night at Club ELROW.
Finally, with a tinge of a bittersweet feeling, we bid farewell to VEERA 2024. However, beneath the surface of goodbyes, is a profound sense of new purpose and motivation to achieve a new milestone for the organisation.
