Governing Law

Irrespective of your international placement the Parties hereby agree that this agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. All disputes that arise under this agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Bengaluru, India.

Intellectual property rights

All Intellectual property rights are vested solely with Valueleaf. No part of the webpage/service shall be reproduced or transmitted or stored in any other web site, nor may any of its information or part thereof be disseminated fin any electronic or non-electronic form, nor included in any public or private electronic retrieval system or service without obtaining prior written permission from Valueleaf.
