Winning the Yoddha Award, filled Priya with immense gratitude towards everyone that has been a part of her journey in Valueleaf. She thinks, “Looking back, the company has allowed me to meet people of various organisations with diverse backgrounds and growth mindsets and that has made me what I am today”. Through this, she has absorbed numerous positive insights into becoming a better person personally and professionally. Which continually inspires her to give her best.
Priya attributes her success to the encouraging and supportive environment that starts from the person she greets at the gate each morning to the top of the hierarchy in the company.
Getting the award has only left her with a growing sense of responsibility for the work ahead. When asked how she celebrated her achievement she said she danced her heart out, which is a true reflection of her joy and vibrant spirit.
