Prerna Iyer reminisced about her journey in the company where she said it was ‘a rollercoaster ride!’ She remembers being suddenly transferred to Buddy Loan and how unhappy she was about it, but little did she know, her journey was all about discovery and success. Her transformation into a strong contributor to the company raised eyebrows.
A feat she is greatly proud of and which she attributed to the help and solid support of great managers both in Valueleaf and Buddy Loan.
On asking how she felt about getting the award, she said, “It’s a good feeling to have and I will be cherishing it for a long time!”. She was thrilled and happy that her efforts were seen and valued. Motivating her to work even harder.
